Is it safe to connect my Gmail account to TripNoted?
Last updated: March 16, 2026
Yes. Connecting Gmail to TripNoted is optional. You sign in with Google directly, so TripNoted does not ask for or store your Google password.
TripNoted does not store your full inbox. It keeps the basic message details needed to organize your trips, like who sent a booking, the subject line, and when it was sent.
Sometimes TripNoted needs to briefly look at email content to find travel details or show a live message inside the app. In a small number of cases, temporary email data may be kept for a short time so the service can finish processing it, then it is cleaned up.
TripNoted is designed to avoid keeping full email content in logs by default. You can disconnect Google access at any time, and you can delete your TripNoted account and related stored data.
TripNoted does not use Google user data to train generalized or general-purpose AI/ML models.
